Forgiveness and Gratitude: The Golden Keys
So many of us are caught up in the fast pace of life in the 21st century. Time is accelerating to such an extent that most people are thrown in the ever swirling whirlpool of mindless activities not mindful of what they are really doing or why they are doing it. Everything appears to have an independent life of its own and everything is set on automatic.
People in the 21st century live in the materialistic world. They are bent on getting bigger and better electronic and technological toys. The world of matter dominates at the moment. And, as the material world appears to control people's lives, the inner world of the Soul appears to have a lesser role in the hearts and minds of people.
Is there Love Peace and Harmony in most hearts of humanity? Is there perfect health of soul, heart, mind and body of humanity? Is there inner peace and joy within the souls of humanity?
When we look around us, we sadly acknowledge that there is a great lack of love, peace and harmony on Mother Earth. Look into your own heart. Are you stressed, nervous, worried, angry or fearful?
Do you have trouble sleeping? Are your relationships harmonious or fraught with tension and disharmony?
How much time do you reflect on your own thoughts, emotions and goals of life for the purpose of elevating your soul on your spiritual path? How much time do you allot within the day to meditate and find solace of the Soul world and to communicate with your own Soul? Within the confines of the transition of Mother Earth and the acceleration of time, it is vital to spend time with the Divine and your spiritual mothers and fathers for guidance. The more the better. There needs to an ongoing dialogue between your own Soul and that of the Soul world throughout the day in order to pass through the challenging transition of Mother Earth.
There are two main keys to elevating your soul through these difficult conditions and times. The first key is forgiveness of self and forgiveness of others. We spoke of the benefits of doing a forgiveness practice in an earlier blog. The second key is gratitude - gratitude for whatever and for all that comes along your path. For whatever comes your way is a gift of the Divine for you to spiritually grow. If you live this attitude of gratitude, then your life will be blessed in unimaginable ways regardless of what happens in the world around you.
Practice Forgiveness. Practice Gratitude. You will become the light unto the world.
My blessings go out to each and everyone of you.
